Wade Todd, President
Wade is a graduate of Austin College, with an MBA from St.
Edward's University. He has been a licensed broker involved in
real estate development for over 25 years.
Kurt Prossner, PE
Kurt is a civil engineering graduate of Georgia Tech, establishing
the firm Prossner and Associates in 1990. He specializes in retail/
commercial projects ranging in size from ½ to five acres, including
pad sites as well as free standing.
Randy Syptak
Randy attended the University of Texas, and has been a licensed
architect for over 30 years. He has experience in retail/commercial
projects across the country, ranging from TI to design and
construction of large multi-tenant retail buildings. He is presently
registered in Arizona and Texas, and is licensed in California.
Bob Thomas, NCARB, AIA
Bob is a graduate of Texas A&M University, with a Bachelor of
Science in Environmental Design and a Master of Architecture.
He has over 25 years' experience managing national projects of
widely varying scopes.
